Plant Bypass

Plant #1B is having electrical issues and we are bypassing the plant with another water source.  Consumers in the the Scarlet Oak, White Cedar and White Pine areas may experience some pressure lower than normal, maybe some other areas, but mostly these.  We are diligently working on this issue.
