Buying Property in the PWSC Area
Pritchett WSC understands that property is sometimes sold with the representation that water is available to the property from the PWSC System. Such is not always the case, and the PWSC urges any prospective buyer to verify with the office by calling 903-734-5438 (Mon. - Fri. 7:30 - 4:00) or writing PWSC, 3670 State Hwy 155 S, Gilmer, TX 75645 that water is in fact available at the particular tract in question.
Customer Service Inspections
The purpose of a customer service inspection is to identify the presence of potential sources of contamination or illegal lead plumbing materials.
